Your right to return an item<\/h2>\n

If you’re ordering as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, without needing to give a reason. This is a legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and applies in addition to anything below.<\/p>\n

How to return an item<\/h2>\n

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.<\/li>\n
  2. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and post it back within 14 days of telling us.<\/li>\n
  3. Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Condition of returned items<\/h2>\n

    Because these are antique and vintage pieces, please return the item in the same condition you received it. Given the fragile nature of many pieces, please pack carefully; we’d recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, since responsibility for the item remains with you until it reaches us.<\/p>\n

    Refunds<\/h2>\n

    Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.<\/p>\n

    Faulty or misdescribed items<\/h2>\n

    If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us with photographs as soon as possible. In this case, we’ll cover return postage and offer a full refund.<\/p>\n
