Dresden lattice work small dish with green handles, gilding, applied flowers and forget-me-nots

This delightful small bowl is dated post-1902 which is when Dresden introduced the blue SP Dresden trademark.  Prettily decorated with forget-me-nots and applied flowers, it's in very good condition;  only the orange applied flower has a minute nick  It measure 9 cm handle to handle x 2.2 cm deep, 3.3 cm deep including handles approx.  Marked to the base with the Dresden mark and 06 or 09.
