General

General terms and conditions are described in the Legal, Privacy and Copyright pages. All other terms are those as agreed between Gozotiques and the client. This site can accept no responsibility for the contents of any external website.

Shopping

We can only accept payments in Euros, by PayPal. Card payments must be made via PayPal. Any further details are available during the checkout process. Exchange rates shown on the site are approximate, due to currency fluctuations, they are updated daily wherever possible.

Shipping

All our items are packed securely in presentation cases (where size permits) and are posted to you within 5 working days. Shipping is by MaltaPost and orders are insured to their value.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with an item, please let us know.  You can return it to us by insured post in the condition it was sent within 7 days of receipt.  We will refund your payment but not your postage costs.
