Your right to return an item
If you’re ordering as a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order and return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item, without needing to give a reason. This is a legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and applies in addition to anything below.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and post it back within 14 days of telling us.
- Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item arrived faulty or not as described.
Condition of returned items
Because these are antique and vintage pieces, please return the item in the same condition you received it. Given the fragile nature of many pieces, please pack carefully; we’d recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, since responsibility for the item remains with you until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
Faulty or misdescribed items
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us with photographs as soon as possible. In this case, we’ll cover return postage and offer a full refund.
